About the Job
Edgestream Partners is looking to hire the Human Resources Manager who will lead its recruitment, hiring, benefits, employee relations and related operations in a dynamic, rapidly-growing business environment. We are looking for a well-rounded individual with solid inter-personal skills, at least 10 years of HR experience, and a strong work ethic who is comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, growing financial services business. It is important for this individual to have the highest ethical standards and to fit into a company culture of integrity, honesty, and precision. This individual should be able to work both independently and be engaged and supportive in a team environment.
